We want you to love your Rosefield jewelry and watches, which is why we offer a 30-day return period for all unworn items in their original packaging. Please ensure all protective films and tags remain intact to qualify for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online return portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the items securely in their original Rosefield gift box and use the original shipping carton to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated courier service and keep your tracking receipt until your refund has been processed by our warehouse team.
